Would you tell your husband everything?
Every torrid thought?Every twisted fantasy?
The forbidden images that slink into your mind in your most vulnerable moments?
I shouldn't have.
I hesitated to.
But I did.
And my husband?
He gave them all to me.

“You have nothing to worry about,” he said quietly. “You’re everything to me.”
I want to start out by saying this book was nothing like I was expecting. This doesn’t mean that it’s a bad thing, I’m saying the book was just different.
I love how this book explored, and handled very well I may add, the subject of the fantasies that we all have. You know the ones I’m talking about. The deep dark ones that we don’t tell anyone, the ones that we think people will judge us for, the ones that we want to explore but are afraid to voice.
Easton and Ellen have one of thee strongest marriages I’ve read about lately. I love their love for each other. I love how much Easton shows her his love for her. This was probably my favorite part of the book.
“His is perfect, not to big, not too small.”
“Great,” Laura said dryly. “The Berenstain Bears of penises.”
“Not Berenstain Bears,” Ling interjected. “Three Little Pigs.”
There was a great cast of characters in this book as well as Easton and Ellen. I loved Chelsea, she was so much fun and brought so much life to the pages. Then there is Aaron, he was someone I adored as much as I adored Easton. I was hoping for more from him once we met him, but sadly we didn’t get as much as I wanted.
“Now,” Chelsea announced with the graveness that could only precede a ridiculous statement. “Is it too soon to finally confess my wet dreams about Aaron? Because oh my God that boy is delicious.”
I barked out a laugh. “Finally confess? You told Becca you wanted him to stuff you like a Build-A-Bear.”
“That was a compliment, Elle.”
Now here’s the part that bummed me out. I wanted more. I wanted more than what we got. I want to explain this more but I don’t want to spoil the book. So don’t click on the next part unless you want to know the possible (more than likely) spoiler…Click HERE to see it on my Goodreads review under the “spoiler” button.
So besides all the above, this book was great. I love her writing and her stories. She always delivers and always gives me a book I can’t put down. She gives me heroes to drool over, scenes to swoon over, and books that check all the boxes. I’m dying for the next as soon as I finish her latest one.
