Anderson Davis worked his whole life to build his business, but when a distant cousin dies and leaves a baby behind, he’s the only family left to take her in. His life is turned upside down in the best way possible, but he never knew it would be so hard to be a single dad.
Robin Honeydew has a big family that loves to be up in her business 24/7. She wants to break free and have her own life, but she can’t imagine leaving her close-knit family behind. When she meets the new stranger in town who is in desperate need of a nanny, things couldn’t be more perfect.
Their two worlds collide and it’s love at first sight. Can they stick together while the outside world tries to break them apart?
Warning: Can a single dad really be a virgin? You bet he can! Come dive in to our gooey sweetness and find out just how good small-town living can be.
Not that you need to know this but my job has really kept my reading game at minimal participation in the past 6 months, which I have hated. Thankfully that is all changing. Why do I tell you all this? Because now that I’m back in the game, the first book I picked up was Marriage Material and it was exactly what I needed. AR always gives me the escape I’m looking for. That pure cheesy goodness that I realize I just can’t live without.
Robin is twenty and trying to move out of her parent’s house but it’s becoming difficult to do in her small town when her five older brothers have their hand in everything. When Anderson shows up in town with sweet baby Charlotte, this is her chance to take a live in nanny position and move away. However, she’s gaining a lot more than a nanny job. The moment the two of them locked eyes, it was love at first sight and nothing was going to stop these two from being together.
Let’s be real, I know there was a description of Anderson Davis somewhere in this book but you give me that name and I’m only picturing one beauty. Google him, I’ll wait….. Yeah, now that’s all you will see, too and trust me, it’s a beautiful sight. Sigh.
I had fun with Marriage Material. It was over the top as always. We get two virgins and one papa bear/alpha when someone comes at his girl. Dreamy. If you want to escape away into sweet romance then you need this book in your life.
