New York Times bestselling author Meghan March continues the story of untold truths and one man’s redemption in the Dirty Mafia Duet.
I never expected to be anyone’s white knight. That’s not a role I’ve ever played.
But when the Casso crime family shifts into uncharted territory, they’re looking for a new hero, and they’re looking for me—Cannon Freeman, the black sheep.
But my time in disgrace is at an end.
It’s my turn to rise up and save the people who matter most to me.
Even if my family has never given a damn about me, I will not let them fall.
More than anything, I will not let her fall.
White Knight is the second book in the Dirty Mafia Duet and should be read after Black Sheep, book one.
“I swear to God, if something happens to you, you’d better haunt me for the rest of my life until I can join on the other side. Don’t promise me heaven, then put me through hell. I want a lifetime with you.”
The “7 Degrees Of Meghan March” continue in this conclusion to the Dirty Mafia Duet. I love how all of her books are connected in one way or another. It’s either by mention, cameo, or straight up actually involved in the story line. It’s one of my favorite things about her books, and this duet has the most involvement of characters from other books than any other. It’s epic and addicting on Meghan’s part.
This was so much more than just finishing the story between Cannon and Memphis. The action kept me turning pages, so much that I read this in one sitting. I implore you to check these books out.
Cannon was more than I expected. I enjoyed him in the other books we saw, but here, in this book, there was so many layers to him. I fell in love with him in this book. Memphis was pur gold, she was exactly the woman Cannon need by his side at the exact moment he needed her. They are phenomenal together.
Meghan’s writing is so clever, wickedly sexy, and flat out amazing. Oh and that little nugget at the end of this book. I NEED MORE. SO. MUCH. MORE. I’m ready Meghan, so so ready.
